Rayburn Guild
The Rayburn Guild is an organisation of independent engineers who are able to service, repair and install Rayburn ranges.
As a Guild Member, we give you with a 3 month warranty on any service/repair work undertaken. This includes labour and materials, provided that the materials used were new at the time of service or repair.
Rayburn Guild Charter
We, as a Rayburn Guild Member, will attend your property for the purpose of providing a written quotation within 5 days of your call or request, unless you require an alternative date.The lead time for the installation of a new appliance must not exceed 5 weeks except in compliance with your request.
The lead time for attendance to site in the event of an appliance breakdown will be a targeted maximum of 72 hours. We will endeavour to improve this time scale when you are without central heating, and we aim for a next day policy.
Where a repair requires a spare part, functional parts will be fitted (and the repair completed) within 2 working days of the first visit. Non-functional parts to be fitted within 2 days of the parts' arrival from Aga Rayburn.
We aim to replace enamel parts within 3 weeks depending on the availability from Aga Rayburn.
We aim to have the lead time for our service as 3 days and target that 85% of all service calls will be completed on the first visit. (This does not apply to older Rayburns or Rayburns that we have not serviced before).
If you, as a customer, have a complaint, it will in the first instance be investigated by a Director of Flameworks Services Ltd who will personally contact you within 3 days of receipt of the complaint and will take suitable corrective action.
